Our inserts are made out of a mix of high quality bamboo, organic cotton and hemp. These can be used to boost your preflat at night, pop in to a pocket or to help make that aio last longer. 

These are in packs of three to make them cheaper for you guys. 

Each weight is noted below :

Hemp x 3 = 1020gsm

Bamboo x2 = 1000gsm

Please note that are Hemp and bamboo have a mix of cotton in our inserts. Hemp is 55% Hemp and our bamboo is 70% bamboo the rest is organic or standard cotton.
